Cancel my premium subscription


If you became premium on the web

If you became premium from our web app, go to your settings (also accessible from the menu: click on the top right icon with your inital). Open the Billing section and click "Cancel your membership" at the bottom.

If you became premium on iOS

If you became premium from our iOS, go to your phone settings > iTunes & App Store > tap on your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions > Threader > Cancel subscription. Find the detailed instructions from Apple here.

Note: we can't cancel or refund a premium subscription. This is handled by the App Store, not by us. We have no way to perform these actions for you. Read this page from Apple about refunds.
