Beaming with pride that @vestager, the Danish Commissioner for Competition in the EU, has dared address the monopolistic abuses of Google with a record €4.34B fine and restrictions on illegal bundling. Bravo 👏  http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-18-4581_en.htm

American tech monopolies have run roughshod over fair competition and reasonable privacy for far too long. It's majestic to see the EU set the tone with monopoly judgements and GDPR regulation. The whole world should be thanking them for their valiant efforts.

Additional bonus points for making today's judgement so easy to read and understand. This is consumer protection that shows its homework without being obtuse.
