If you've been following the Cambridge Analytica scandal closely, this moment in today's hearing with UK Information Commissioner before House of Lords Communications Committee hints at a major decision next week.

Revisiting this July 11 report on the forthcoming Facebook fine and the buried lede on access from Russia. ICO seized the CA/SCL servers on March 23 and cooperates with other national authorities including FBI.

I feel obliged to repeat server raid like a broken record because I follow Cambridge Analytica coverage quite closely. The name has become a vague shorthand for wrongdoing. But the simple condition of getting its servers seized for criminal forensics is not a well reported fact.
