Police officer Andrew Mitchell was just indicted on federal charges of raping & kidnapping women. When asked why they had not reported the incidents, the women consistently responded that they could not “report it to the police because it was the police.”

The officer shot & killed Donna Dalton last summer during what the Columbus Ohio police department called an "altercation" as he tried to arrest her for attempted prostitution.

Charges related to Ms. Dalton's killing will be presented to a federal grand jury next week.

Meanwhile a culture of corruption and lack of accountability has been fostered within the Columbus Ohio police department.

Including within the now-disbanded Vice Squad, of which Officer Mitchell was a part, & which was responsible for the arrest of adult-film-actress Stormy Daniels at a Columbus, Ohio club.
