Disney+ is not a threat to Netflix. It will not steal away meaningful viewer time (there are more hours of 'House of Cards' on Netflix than in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe) nor projects/writers, and no one will drop Netflix for Disney+.

Apple TV+ & Prime Video are not a threat to Netflix. They are not trying to dominate video watch time (300MM Americans watch 5+ hours a day), nor are they competing for the same consumer spend.

They are about adding value to their customers' lives and driving other transactions

Roku Channel & IMDb Freedrive, as Disney+, Apple TV+ and Prime Video are instead entirely threatening to other legacy video channels and forthcoming entrants.

They all saturating audience time/spend at a time where new players need to convince households to find more time/budget

And on the supplier side, they are sucking up licenses, driving up budgets, competing for scarce supply of quality talent/projects, and more
