Next, can we appoint a Special Counsel to investigate why Trump’s Pentagon released UFO footage.  https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/16/us/politics/pentagon-program-ufo-harry-reid.html

“Imagine you see highly advanced vehicles, they appear on radar systems, they look bizarre, no one knows where they’re from. This happens on a recurring basis, and no one does anything,”  https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2019/04/24/how-angry-pilots-got-navy-stop-dismissing-ufo-sightings/

Yet another UFO report dripping out of this bizarre faucet. This is one of the strangest DoD narratives of our lifetime, and it’s almost going unheard.  https://nyti.ms/2I0QubS

Leave it to ISIS to make sure this incredible mystery has remained unsolved 🙄  https://nyti.ms/2I0QubS

Interesting profile of Commander David Fravor, whose F/A-18F 'tic tac' accounts were reported w/ the AATIP in 2017, starting much of this bizarre media wave. "With reluctance, I am now part of this UFO community... But, when it's all over, leave me alone."  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqdOXfuzDIw

The experimental CEC/NIFC-CA hybrid sensor network is bubbling to the surface — and in a few decades, we'll either learn of the Navy's above-clearance ghost data war games, or of the high-performance UAVs in the DoD's black budget.  https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/28305/carrier-group-in-recent-ufo-encounters-had-new-air-defense-tech-just-like-nimitz-in-2004-incident

Among the hundreds of other bizarre narratives playing out during this period of global power shift, here's actual UFO patents that were filed in 2015, and granted to the US Secretary of Navy in December.

Compelling theory of what might be happening with this UFO sighting wave: advanced radar reflector balloons with electronic warfare capabilities. If this sounds familiar: Alphabet's Project Loon is building this too. The question remains: why the leaks?  https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/28640/could-some-of-the-ufos-navy-pilots-are-encountering-be-airborne-radar-reflectors

Project Loon navigates through stratospheric winds; models predict where wind will be, and the balloons alter their altitude to ride it. 'Dumb' balloons were used during the Cold War to prod Cuban missile defense systems — the DoD is probably ahead of Loon

With the Space Force moving forward, a controlled narrative about UFO sightings appearing, and a number of strange comments and patents, this USPTO appeals letter from the Navy's CTO on the UFO patents echos. This is a message, to our new adversary China.  https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/28729/docs-show-navy-got-ufo-patent-granted-by-warning-of-similar-chinese-tech-advances

China has made leaps and bounds of railgun progress; they began testing at sea last year. The U.S. Navy is behind — American ultracapacitor production (now Tesla+Maxwell) isn't nearly as robust. In China, there are now capa buses and trams in service.  https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/21689/u-s-intel-says-china-to-have-railgun-armed-ships-by-2025

The most interesting western company in ultracapacitors is probably Estonia's Skeleton Technologies. The containers you see in China's railgun deployments are likely racked with similar cells; Skeleton is one of the only companies building for grid-scale.

As the perplexing UFO narrative begins to seem more like a story of radar, magnets, capacitors, and the soft power tit-for-tat of military capability dominance, you should frame it knowing that energy density is power, in more ways than one.

"The unidentified crafts could pose a serious security risk to our military personnel and defense apparatus... Walker is [asking Congress] whether the Navy is aware of any nations or private companies 'who have made significant advances in aero physics.'"  https://politi.co/2Zm6UTM

The deeper the defense reporters dig, the stranger this all becomes. "These patents certainly add to an increasingly complex narrative mosaic that is emanating directly from the Navy, one that began just as a new era of so-called great power competition"  https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/29232/navys-advanced-aerospace-tech-boss-claims-key-ufo-patent-is-operable

While the Area 51 memes explode, the 'ufologists' skitter around the podcast circuit, and the 'unacknowledged' Netflix docs explode in rank, someone is getting exactly what they wanted. These are not coincidences: from different angles & objectives, everyone is being played. Why?

All of the evidence is actually implicating that tinfoil hat rhetoric to be true. A strange time at the Pentagon, and within the Navy. These stories all appear to be another tool in the multi-modal combat rhetoric being spewed out of Russia, China, & the DoD during this peacetime

With offensive actions on foreign powers already underway, & alarming rhetoric flying around, like this from a former WH advisor, nothing should come as a surprise. The escalation has already begun. The UFOs appear to just be clickbait to muddy the waters.  https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/15/us/politics/trump-cyber-russia-grid.html

Wonder no more what it was like to live through the Cold War. This time, it's going to be full to the brim with memes
