This piece by @LFFriedman & @MaggieAstor is interesting -- really great idea.  https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/18/us/politics/climate-change-democrats.html 

One beef, though. This -- "a carbon tax, which economists widely view as the most effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions" -- is not true! Lots of (not all) economists agree a tax is the most efficient (not effective) way. CO2 taxes have notably *not* been effective.

OK one other thing: I'd love to see the candidates asked about a national 100% clean energy standard.
