You could build a huge following just saying a dozen unique concepts over and over again.
If you then relentlessly seek that following, then you become a beacon for what society wants from you, not necessarily what you truly and uniquely believe.
The feedback loop trains you on a path that is greatly independent of what you might have done and thought on your own.
You become your mask.
