So Deutsche Bank has responded to subpoena from NY AG. P.S. I see a lot of questions asking if Barr can stop this. NOPE. DOJ has no authority or jurisdiction over *state* investigations

Guys. GUYS. I know it’s legal overload and you all are totally on track for graduating from Twitter Law School. But just to clarify:

NY AG = New York State Attorney General = state elected position

SDNY = Souther District of New York = federal U.S. Attorney’s Office under Barr
