✅ When PROOF OF COLLUSION says Trump got his first classified briefing on Russian attacks: August 17, 2016
❌ When THE MUELLER REPORT says Trump got his first classified briefing on Russian attacks: January 6, 2017
Violation of at least one criminal statute hinges on this.
(1) The intel community asked Mueller not to put in his Report any info about Trump's August 17, 2016 briefing because crimes still under review (aiding and abetting/making false statements) hinge on it; or
(2) Mueller didn't consider aiding and abetting at all.
To be *very* clear, PROOF OF COLLUSION is correct. As is RUSSIAN ROULETTE (Corn/Isikoff, 2018), which has the same information. As is... *the news*, which has the same information.
