Ksaitor @ksaitor Started @CryptoJobsList when I was looking for a dev job in crypto… now helping 10k+ people get one too! 👨‍💻 Serial maker. May. 09, 2019 1 min read

UX is the number 1 problem in crypto.

How many designer and UX jobs are open in crypto companies?

Since the launch of @CryptoJobsList in 2017, I saw less than 10 design positions posted.

Yet "designer" is one of the top search terms on the site.

Which means designers are very interested in the crypto space.

But companies don't seem to care 🤷‍♂️

Unpopular opinion:
Crypto is still in such an early infrastructure stage, that designers can't be used to their full potential, even if they wanted to.

It's like:
We have not finalized TCP/IP yet, but already complain about bad CSS.

If your company does care about design, you should post a job ad here 👉  https://cryptojobslist.com/hire-blockchain-talent

Okay. Here we go!
