Great—arrest him. That's what happens in America when you ignore a subpoena. A warrant gets issued for you to be taken into custody and brought before a judge. Let's do it. Let's treat the 1% like the 99%. Cuff him, politely and professionally, and let's move on to the next step.
1/ If you're conservative and you support Jr. ignoring a subpoena, which no one in America is allowed to do, hand in your "Law & Order" card now and don't expect to get it back.
Most likely you never should've had it with first place—as you must think laws are only for the poor.
2/ If he wants to invoke his Fifth Amendment right, that's totally fine, as that's how our country works. But that's also something that you have to show up and do in person—if you're poor. Only the rich get to negotiate not showing up at all and never having to formally assert.
3/ So the way this works is, Congress sets a date for him to come in and formally assert, and then he gets to go home. And then Americans and media are perfectly entitled to draw any conclusions they want about his conduct. (The presumption of innocence is a *trial* presumption.)
