Everyone's reading this as a blow to Big Tech in general, because it suggests Kavanaugh sympathizes with antitrust arguments against them. That sounds right, although...

It is intriguing in the context of Kavanaugh's close friendship with Facebook's VP of Public Policy, Joel Kaplan—especially when you recall that Apple recently flexed its power over Facebook by shutting off its developer access  https://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/31/technology/apple-blocks-facebook.html
