Plz help me w/ this. It is my understanding that reported totals typically provide the basis for official totals, subject to later adjustments for provisional ballots & further counting of absentee ballots. So if the former is fraudulent, wouldn’t the latter be fraudulent too? 1/

I’m trying to confirm this and have tentative confirmation from one election official, but he could only speak in generalities. 2/

In other words, even if someone hacking into an election website doesn’t change “actual votes,” it may be that the changes will alter the official results. I am NOT sure of this. Am trying to obtain further confirmation. Plz help if u can. Thanks. 3/
