Moreover, many or most of the jurisdictions buying barcode voting systems will not require manual audits in 2020. 3/
claims to oppose these systems, but doesn’t see the point in worrying about them too much until a peer reviewed study confirms the findings of Academies. Meanwhile, jurisdictions are flocking to buy these NOW. 4/
And this is where urgency comes in. If Matt really is a member of the Texas Tea Party, he may feel he has a few election cycles to spare. I don’t feel that way. 5/
