Spirit Airlines has overhauled its business plan to focus more on improving customer service, reports @hugomartin.  https://lat.ms/31ulz0C 

Only three years ago, Spirit Airlines had the industry’s worst on-time arrival rate. This March, Spirit Airlines had a 86.4% on-time arrival rate, behind only Hawaiian Airlines.

Spirit’s overhaul has resulted in a lower profit margin but better service, fewer lost bags and fewer customer complaints. Spirit has even raked in the titles of “Value Airline of the Year” and “Most Improved Airline of the Year.”  https://lat.ms/31ulz0C
