BREAKING: Unsealed indictment: Jeffrey Epstein charged with sex trafficking and molesting underage girls; accused of seeking out minors, some as young as 14, from at least 2002 through 2005 and paying them hundreds of dollars in cash for sex.  https://nbcnews.to/2JjREkC 

WATCH: US attorney credits "some excellent investigative journalism" for helping lead to these new charges in New York against Jeffrey Epstein.

The Miami Herald has led that effort, particularly its in-depth 'Perversion of Justice' series that was published in November.

Federal prosecutors urge victims and those who may have additional information on Epstein's alleged behavior to call 1-800-CALL-FBI.
