Everything is marketing/brand in the modern economy. Fight it if you want. Talk about how great your product is. It doesn't matter. All comes down to sales and storytelling/narrative.

FTR Scott was bit hard on Fred here they fund tons of great/sustainable companies of course, USV is not some chop shop. Scott flexing the blogging teeth is never boring. I just esp liked the quote above.
