Weird how a $28 billion company would want to jam yet more new real estate next to an elementary school when the logistics are already terrible.

I mean, no traffic for three hours...a day?

Jeez, what is the business model for Dollar General? It almost doesn't seem...rational for traditional retail. 🤔

Is there something innately valuable about proximity to schools for that particular retail chain?
