Still huge potential in new marketplaces around inefficient, inconsistent & most impt insular markets. Unlike Uber much higher MRR for the company/user if, say creative work - pros will be happy simply having a shot. People w/skills but weren't "picked" outnumber lotto winners.

Been playing with some tools in this vein out of curiosity. Most solving problems that aren't lasting biz. Either process feels strange, they don't quite get what the user wants, or the opportunity presented doesn't think big enough. Don't be Fiverr you want proper recurring rev.

I'll dust off the ole blog for a post on this at some post. The whole goal is flattening out opportunity in situations where previously there was bias via arbitrary pedigree / nepotism. You could not just make $ but help democratize opportunity. It's mission driven in that sense.
