Four dry-docks doesn't have a name - currently banned by the Geneva Convention.

Five dry-docks: Weapons of Mass Naval Destruction. Immediately triggers U.N. Security Council to outlaw your nation. Dry-docks must be launched into space (with non-Russian missiles, of course) toward the sun so they can't hurt people.
