So @LilaGraceRose if abortion is never necessary, how do you treat a woman a 21 weeks with ruptured membranes, chorioamnionitis, sepsis despite antibiotics, with fetal cardiac activity who has failed to contract after misoprostol and pitocin?
And @LilaGraceRose how do you treat a pregnant woman at 24 weeks with severe pre-eclampsia, uncontrollable blood pressure and rising liver function tests and platelets of 45 and an estimated fetal weight of 250 g?
for 6 years I was literally the person called to labor and delivery or the gynecology service to save the life of the person who needed an abortion. Where again did you get your board certification in OB/GYN?
