Are you an investor who trades $TWTR or a regulator from @FCC @SEC @FTC or law enforcement at @FBI or @TheJusticeDept? Then ask why Twitter allows cybercrime at the local and Federal levels. Like two years of targeted harassment.

Individuals should not be thrown off digital platforms for complaining about state and Federal crimes committed using that platform.

Repeat violators who admit their crimes openly. They don't pay.

Repeat defamers with corporate backing. They don't pay on Twitter.

Foreign botnets are apparently hard to enforce rules against.

Truth-tellers, national security professionals, researchers not harassing others? They get the full brunt somehow.

Legal institutions must look into this. Because now it's criminal conspiracy.
