The U.S. government wants all of @Snowden's royalties and other proceeds for his book "Permanent Record," and any derivative work, saying that it didn't go through the CIA's prepublication review.


"Through this suit, the United States is not seeking to enjoin or restrain publication or distribution of Snowden’s book."

Accurate but incomplete, the top tweet should have said the "CIA **and NSA's** prepublication review."
