Democrats will never appreciate the cost of dumping the ten obstruction allegations Mueller proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Every day thousands of posts on social media falsely allege that "nothing came of" the Trump-Russia probe. Mueller didn't cause that; the *Democrats* did.

/ Moreover, by running from the Mueller Report, the Democrats lost the ability to point out what's blindingly obvious to anyone who's read it: that Mueller found wall-to-wall collusion, and only struggled to prove a crime because evidence was withheld, lied about, and destroyed.

/ As the Ukraine scandal deepens, so too does the Russia scandal, not merely because they're connected, but because what we've learned about Trump's outreach to Ukraine and China confirms long-held suspicions about what was *covered up* with respect to his collusion with Russia.

/ I must say, it's strange to hear the same people who mocked those of us who thought "Russia, if you're listening..." was an illegal solicitation of foreign campaign donations calling "illegal" entreaties to Ukraine and China that may've been as bad but were certainly no worse.

/ Likewise, I'm not clear on why "If it's what you say, I love it..." was not an illegal solicitation of foreign campaign donations in the minds of some, even though the same sort of outreach/connection with Ukraine and China is now universally (rightly) seen as a federal crime.

/ Democrats could easily have said, "We won't get into the weeds of the Mueller Report, but we're nevertheless going to impeach Trump for 10 counts of obstruction; 'Russia, if you're listening...'; and his coverup of his son's illegal solicitation of foreign campaign donations."
