I see it the same.

Trump-FOX-GOP (TFG for short): "NO COLLUSION"

Everyone else: "Yes, collusion! But it's called CONSPIRACY."

TFG: "You couldn't prove all the elements beyond a reasonably doubt (a very high standard) so "COMPLETE EXONERATION"

Now . . .



Everyone else, "Yes, lots of crimes. Here's the list."

TFG: "You can't prove al the elements beyond a reasonable doubt . . . "

Besides, how petty it seems next to this framing. . .

3/ Abusing public trust.

Abusing the powers of office.

Conducting foreign policy for personal gain.

Conducting foreign policy for other nations ahead of the U.S

According to⤵️ (chapter 2-4) the framers intended big stuff.

Not the federal criminal code, which didn't exist.
