Remember, we just recently learned that Jordan has secretly been leaking closed-door deposition intel to the White House. So we should now assume any intel, classified or otherwise, that comes to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence will go *immediately* to Trump.

PS/ I continue to maintain that, as a matter of fact rather than speculation, Donald Trump is the most well-informed international criminal in the history of international crime. The idea he somehow is behind the 8-ball in this Ukraine investigation is basically standup comedy.

PS2/ That is, he has access to, as a member of the most powerful executive branch in the world, the best intel in the world, and then *also* has a spy in the intelligence apparatus of the most powerful legislative branch in the world. And he chose many of the judges he's before.

PS3/ And he's surrounded by sycophants willing to flout rule of law by pushing a not just discredited but *fantastical* theory of "absolute immunity"—a thing that doesn't exist. He couldn't be in a more powerful position, or House Dems (for being in the majority) in a weaker one.

PS4/ Plus, he owns the Justice Department. Yet all we hear about every day is how disadvantaged the most powerful man in the world is as every single lever in our justice system bends to his will. This news about Jordan is quite literally nauseating if you believe in rule of law.
