Tren Griffin @trengriffin I work for Microsoft. Previously I was a partner at Eagle River, a private equity firm established by Craig McCaw. I am on the board of directors of Kymeta. Nov. 09, 2019 1 min read

Over the past few weekends I've been trying to explain basic concepts like CAP, profit pools, wholesale transfer pricing power etc. in Tweetstorms. It has been an experiment.

Today I wrote about strategy and it's objective. A 25iQuiz is about applying the ideas yourself.

Here's an example of a 25iQuiz:

What strategies has Costco (Charlie Munger's favorite business other than BRK) adopted to create a moat?

What is the implied Costco Competitive Advantage Period (CAP) given the current share price?

25iQ and my name are unusual enough that if you put them in a search engine with a topic like CAP, strategy or Costco, you will get links to something I wrote on the topic. "Tren and Costco" or "25iQ and Costco."
