The quality of Twitter is correlated with how little you check it.

The less you check it, the better the algorithm works.

I’m happiest when I check it 2-5 times per day.

No more, no less.

Check it every hour and it’s hard to actually sit still.

To be clear, this tweet was like a letter to myself.

I’m a full-on Twitter addict, and I check it all the time.

But I’m definitely *happier* when I don’t check it all the time.

Twitter is unique because so many people use it all the time and wished they used it less.

But those same people say Twitter opened up incredible doors personally and professionally.

So... let’s do a poll.
