BREAKING: One of Trump's Four Kremlin-Born Conspiracy Theories, the "Black Ledger" Theory Alleging Ukrainian Officials in June '16 Sought to Harm Trump By Initiating a Criminal Probe of Manafort, Is Dead; DOJ IG Report Establishes Manafort Probe As Preceding Him Working for Trump
PS/ No one *anywhere* knew Manafort even *possibly* would be on Trump's campaign until February 29, 2016—when Manafort approached Barrack about the prospect. Meanwhile, the IG timeline establishes the evidentiary predicate for the FBI Manafort probe would've come sometime in '15.
PS2/ Remember, the CROWDSTRIKE conspiracy theory has already been thoroughly debunked. Trump's chief witness for the BURISMA theory, Lutsenko, has already recanted, saying he saw "no evidence of misconduct" by Biden. The BLACK LEDGER theory is now gone. Trump only has *one* left.
PS3/ It's for this reason that I wrote, two weeks ago, that Trump's defense in the Senate will have to focus on *one* conspiracy theory: that Ukrainian officials saying unkind things about him or giving *public information* to a DNC consultant was proof of system-wide corruption.
PS4/ *This* is why media has to start acknowledging that Trump *accepted endorsements from foreign leaders* during the '16 presidential campaign and has *no basis to argue* he considered unkind words from a foreign national to be a sign of corruption. His defense *can't* be that.
