1️⃣ The authority to identify a whistleblower is the ICIG's, and he *did* so; the DOJ simply chose not to prosecute Trump.
2️⃣ The crime here is witness intimidation; Trump knows the whistleblower is a federal witness, has called for him/her to be killed, and now seeks to out them.

3️⃣ Let's be *super* clear: the *second* there's a whistleblower whose murder a Democratic president calls for and whose information Jarrett *values* rather than wanting swept under the rug, you better *believe* he'll insist anyone even saying the *word* "whistleblower" is illegal

4️⃣ There are two types of lawyers: real ones—who say Biden *and* Trump's accomplices must comply with subpoenas without bogus claims of "absolute privilege"—and "lawyers" like Jarrett, who'll say Biden must comply with subpoenas but no one who Trump forbids from testifying has to
