It was a very good idea to a) swear off buying any new games for January, b) refund a couple of things on Steam because I have way too much to play, and c) focus on the games I already own and getting back into playing Sekiro.
This hugely de-stressed me.
Having *WAY TOO MUCH* to play brings a lot of choice paralysis and anxiety over not playing the things you've spent money on, so even though the games I got refunded were ones I actually quite liked, it was honestly damn good for the soul.
Fingers crossed I don't fold.
Oh, and no new games for January? That excludes Dad Quest. Buying that was absolutely the right thing, and it's great.
