1/ People ask me which of my books sold best. The answer is my book on Charlie Munger. People like to read books about people, especially if they are humorous. My last book is about 37 people but was a harder sell. You can win a free copy of that book: https://www.cupblog.org/2020/01/13/book-giveaway-a-dozen-lessons-for-entrepreneurs-by-tren-griffin/ …
2/ Speaking of free books, my "most read" book might be "The Global Negotiator." My co-author and I bought back the copyright from Harper Collins and you can read it for free: https://25iq.files.wordpress.com/2016/05/the_global_negotiator.pdf … It's mostly a collection of stories that illustrate ideas from "Getting to Yes."
3/ When I was writing my Charlie Munger book https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/023117098X/ref=tmm_hrd_title_0?ie=UTF8&qid=&sr= … I wanted the book to be funnier to make it easier to read. I asked a few people whether I should include a few jokes and they said "no." I included the jokes anyway. A book is personal. Write what *you* want.
