This form letter wasn't written by a native speaker of English.

For one thing, the Senate trial is not a "removal trial."

There's no such thing.

"Right now, I am requesting..."

That's a direct translation of European or Slavic grammar.

"I am requesting that you hear documents..."

Whoops!

Documents don't speak.

"Removal trial."

Again, no such thing.

The writer is completely unfamiliar with the American impeachment process.

"Promise me that you'll deliver a fair trial...and that he has abused his power..."

Promise me that he has abused his power?

The writer meant "reassure me."

The Russian word уверять (uveryat') can be translated as both "reassure" and "promise."

"Signed by a verified voter."

No such thing.

We use the term "registered voter."

This is foreign influence. CRAPPY foreign influence.

Russia can't do anything right.

END.
