Follow the World Health Organization's instructions to reduce your risk of infection:

1/ Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

2/ When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue - throw issue away immediately and wash hands.

3/ Avoid close contact with anyone that has fever and cough.

Things that will help fight #coronavirus (& get me mocked by LSJs):

1. Touchscreens are gross (iPads at checkout)

2. Door handles: 100% of population in that space have contributed whatever is on their hands!

3. No handshakes, since those same hands touch door handles

4. Carry antibacterial wash & wipes — when in doubt wipe it down! Desks, surfaces, door handles, arm rests, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.

5. Don’t touch your face for 10 minutes — it’s hard. Keep trying to avoid this. If you have to wipe your eyes use a tissue.

6. Put signs up to not shake hands;

7. Secret tip: hold a cup of coffee in one hand, your phone (used to be newspaper) in the other hand when at an event — I’ve done this for decades. Perfect, subtle social signal that you’re not shaking hands.
