Post-COVID Predictions: (thread)

1/ Short politics, long proof of work.

Remote work exposes "bullshit jobs," it'll get harder and harder to justify the expense of meeting setters, circle-backers, and let's take this offliners.

2/ Short ambiguity, long specificity.

Freelancers and small businesses with ill-defined value propositions will find it harder to compete. More winning new business on merit, less reliance on schmoozing and personal networks.

3/ Short perfectionism, long iteration.

The market will increasingly value people and products with a transparent bias for action. Relevance is awarded to those who capture attention by being consistently authentic.
