NEW: A federal judge orders DHS to turn over a privilege log in the lawsuit challenging Trump cutting New Yorkers out of the TSA's "Global Entry" program.

...And suggests agency may be withholding critical docs.



Minutes after this ruling, @NewYorkStateAG tells the judge that DHS wants to redact *names* of their employees involved in decision barring New Yorkers from the Trusted Travelers programs.

"Names are not traditionally consider private," she notes.


Where New York’s fight over the Trump administration cutting its residents out of the Global Entry program now stands—with a federal judge demanding more transparency over the change and hinting at a possible coverup.
