Follow the World Health Organization's instructions to reduce your risk of infection:

1/ Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

2/ When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue - throw issue away immediately and wash hands.

3/ Avoid close contact with anyone that has fever and cough.

Now reading "The Great Influenza", about the Spanish Flu. Highly recommended. Lots of parallels and echoes between that epidemic and this one. 

One interesting tidbit: The Spanish Flu caused all kinds of wacky symptoms all over the body. Even more than coronavirus. Doctors misdiagnosed it as malaria, dengue fever, and all sorts of stuff. People were astonished that it was "just" a flu.

Another fun tidbit: Some politicians tried to minimize the Spanish Flu death toll by claiming that some victims were technically dying of pneumonia, and so hadn't really died of the flu!!
