Like the US, England incorporates more syndromic data into their sitreps. Case counts and % of tests positive declining. 686 outbreaks in care homes, 9 in hospitals, 2 in schools, 1 in a prison.  https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/883784/COVID19_Epidemiological_Summary_w19_FINAL.pdf

Most new cases in Canada are concentrated in Quebec and Ontario - including 94% of deaths. PHAC is one of the few places that I've seen report underlying conditions in pediatric cases - resp disease most common.  https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/phac-aspc/documents/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection/surv-covid19-epi-update-eng.pdf

Singapore is headed in the wrong direction after a long stretch of keeping case counts low, but a vast majority of new cases are in dormitories housing migrant workers. Community cases in the single digits. Only ~20 in ICU.  https://www.moh.gov.sg/docs/librariesprovider5/local-situation-report/situation-report---12-may-2020.pdf

That's all for now. I only did countries that have reports in English (machine translated PDFs are iffy and I don't want to misinterpret) but most countries have these situation reports on their Ministry of Health websites.
