With Covid-19 cases soaring in Arizona, Texas, Florida, California, US will either head into a second nationwide lockdown or states that have brought down cases are going to start requiring people traveling from states with soaring cases to get tested at state-line checkpoints.

Over the weekend, Arizona's largest health system reached capacity on ECMO lung machines as COVID-19 cases in the state continue to climb.

A little over a month ago, on the eve of a visit to the state by Trump, Arizona’s Republican Governor Doug Ducey halted a partnership with experts who had predicted coronavirus cases would continue to mount, contrary to Ducey’s rosy predictions.
