Follow the World Health Organization's instructions to reduce your risk of infection:

1/ Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

2/ When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue - throw issue away immediately and wash hands.

3/ Avoid close contact with anyone that has fever and cough.

Background:

Hospitalizations are 1291. Up from 796 a month ago.
Positive tests are 13.1% up 5 points since 5/26
Very short contact tracing resources

Ducey says they have no hospital capacity issues.

Says wants to see cases drop but they are rising but says it relates to increases in testing. Also says there is an increase in positive tests.

Acknowledges this is bad.

Says hospitals are prepared and shows a statement from hospitals that they are prepared for an increase in patient volume.

Says will increase testing.

Says focused on public health & will continue with re-opening.

Health commissioner says spread is in the community and it won’t be able to be stopped. But also says there are negative mental health & concern over children offset these issues.
