Here are some math-y maths. 34 Million Baby Boomers have retired and 10k more retire every day. By 2030, all Baby Boomers will reach retirement age, another roughly 37 Million people. Millennials are a smaller generation with 62 Million people compared to 73 Million for Boomers.
How in the hell do we think we are going to support a workforce? What is the plan here? I am not a person who believes Labor should be a primary driver for planning but every non-Labor solution to keep us afloat keeps getting labeled and summarily dismissed as socialist.
They don’t want inclusion initiatives or affirmative action to increase representation from other demographics in a segregated workforce, they don’t want H-1B workers, they don’t want to fix immigration, they don’t want to create a national jobs program. So what’s the deal?
White supremacy is currently in the act overplaying its hand. It will cost the country a great deal. All these capitalists and not one single labor plan that isn’t about reinforcing white nationalism. It is wild.
