Political leaders should not be using its citizens as pawns during a pandemic simply to provide a competitive advantage to ONE company. Even in normal times, an in-person registration requirement would be bad public policy. In these times, it is beyond reckless. It's dangerous.

For those customers who want to engage in casino gambling in IL, there is no other option but to visit a casino. But for those who want to wager remotely on sporting events, they are seeking to do so precisely b/c they wish to avoid having to visit a casino just to place a wager.

The largest % of confirmed #Covid19 cases in Illinois has been among those aged 20-29. Per a 2018 Nielsen study, 44% of sports bettors are adults under the age of 35. Yet, in the face of these numbers, we're going to require them to visit a casino just to open a mobile account?

Political favors for 1 over the health of millions.
