I probably could have done this at any time in the last five years, but no amount of putting it on quarterly goals or saying "Yeah starting next week" actually got it done, so a bit of a plug for iWatch gamification of exercise.

Blank circles 1500 days prior to 8/15.

Sleep is better, mood is better, energy levels are better, etc etc, and while it's certainly not an instant cure for depression if you had asked me ex-ante how much improvement in function would come from medication vs therapy vs exercise I would have weighted exercise less.

Oh it's not called an iWatch? *sigh* See this is why I don't work in brand marketing. The one from the fruit company, you can't miss it.
