Would really like a way to keep my hands busy tonight and tomorrow but there aren’t really any more boxes to pack, and all my usual tinkering/hobby/cooking stuff is all packed up 🤔
I find keeping physically busy to be the best thing when I’m trying to avoid triggers. Just binge watching shows or doing work is a little too close to hard-to-mute social media and wandering thoughts, physical activities distract my brain in a much better way
Maybe podcasts and cleaning/organizing! I find that strangely enjoyable these days. Boxes are mostly packed but there’s still plenty of chaos and mess around them lol
