2) Also just so good that Weeks called the Apple HQ main line after Jobs couldn't get through to him on the main Corning line (Jobs was transferred many times but ultimately spoke to Weeks assistant) and dismissed Corning as an "East Coast" bureaucracy.
3) Weeks couldn't even get past the first person he spoke to in Cupertino and he went right back to Jobs, pointing out that Cupertino was even more rigidly bureaucratic.
Jobs loved it.
